Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through www.deemonz.com.

Churchville AB (Company Registration No. 559166-6275), Edsviksvägen 83, SE-182 35 Danderyd, Sweden ("Churchville"), owns the DEEMONZ trademark and operates this website. Throughout these Terms, "we", "our", and "us" refer to Churchville AB.

By using this website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order through our website.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

The availability of products on the website does not guarantee that they will remain available. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

We also reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without prior notice. The version published on the website at the time of your purchase will apply to your order.

2. Prices

All prices displayed on the website include applicable VAT.

Shipping is free whenever the requirements set out in our Shipping & Returns Policy are met.

If your order must be delivered in multiple shipments, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.

A return shipping fee of SEK 75 will be deducted from your refund.

Promotional prices apply only to products included in the promotion and while stocks last.

Promotions cannot be combined with discount codes unless explicitly stated. If multiple discounts are applied incorrectly, Churchville reserves the right to charge the outstanding amount.

We reserve the right to withdraw promotions at any time.

Obvious pricing errors may occur. If a product has been listed at an obviously incorrect price (including accidental free pricing), Churchville reserves the right to cancel the order. You may then place a new order at the correct price.

3. Payment Methods

Your preferred payment method can be selected during checkout.

Credit Checks

We reserve the right to assess applications for invoice payments, instalment plans, or account credit and may approve, decline, or limit such payment options.

For card payments, we may verify:

  • Available funds

  • Billing address information

Orders may be declined based on these checks.

Fees

Churchville is not responsible for reminder fees, late payment charges, or interest resulting from overdue payments.

Questions regarding payment should be directed to Klarna Customer Service.

Other

You are responsible for providing a valid email address and informing us if it changes.

We reserve the right to send payment requests electronically.

4. Orders

Orders can be placed through our website.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If we cannot fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

If payment has already been received, we will refund the amount using the original payment method whenever possible.

5. Formation of Contract

A purchase agreement is concluded only once Churchville has confirmed your order by email.

We recommend saving your order confirmation.

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been confirmed by us.

6. Complaints & Warranty

Under applicable consumer legislation, you have the right to make a complaint regarding defective products.

If your product develops a fault, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible.

Complaints should be submitted within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

Complaints submitted within two months are always considered timely.

The statutory complaint period expires three years after receiving the product.

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Printed graphics fading through normal use

If you are unsure whether your issue qualifies, please contact Customer Service.

Approved warranty claims include prepaid return shipping using our supplied return label.

Carbon Fibre Floorball Sticks

Carbon fibre is extremely strong while remaining lightweight, but it can also be damaged by heavy impacts.

A shaft that breaks after receiving a significant hit is not normally considered a manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects are generally limited to failures occurring shortly after purchase, typically in the upper section of the shaft beneath the grip.

Premium floorball sticks are designed for maximum performance rather than maximum durability.

Their lightweight construction and playing characteristics are the result of advanced carbon fibre technology.

Every DEEMONZ shaft is individually quality tested before leaving the factory.

7. Colours, Measurements & Weight

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible.

However, colours may vary depending on your screen or device.

We cannot guarantee exact colour reproduction.

Images published on social media may have been edited, and Churchville cannot guarantee that they accurately represent the product.

All measurements and weights shown on the website are approximate.

Minor variations are permitted in accordance with International Floorball Federation (IFF) certification requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

We want every customer to be completely satisfied and therefore offer our Satisfaction Guarantee in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Force Majeure

Churchville shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • War

  • Government actions

  • Blockades

  • Riots

  • Fire

  • Natural disasters

  • Nuclear accidents

  • Sabotage

Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.

Dispute Resolution

We comply with recommendations issued by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

Consumers within the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform:

9. Assignment

Churchville reserves the right to assign or pledge payment claims, including instalment payment agreements, to third parties.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to www.deemonz.com, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, images, and copyrights, belong to Churchville AB.

No content may be copied, reproduced, stored, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
